Privacy Policy

This site, sonoci.ai, is run by Sonoci, Inc. ("Sonoci," "we," "us"), a Delaware corporation based in Sunnyvale, CA. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or send us a message, and what we do with it. Questions go to info@sonoci.ai.

What you send us. The site has no forms. When you email us we receive your email address, your name if it is in the message, and whatever you write.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, the page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

• To read and reply to your message, and to follow up on what you told us you are working on.
• To understand and improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with the services that help us run the site:

• Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which also handles our domain and passes your requests (including your IP address) through its network.
• Email. Messages you send to us are handled by our email provider.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public. If Sonoci is involved in a merger, financing or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of it.

The site does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes we will update this page.

We keep the emails you send us for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, and we delete them when you ask us to.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing info@sonoci.ai. If you live in California you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion and correction, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland you have similar rights, including to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority. We process the information described here to run the site and answer you (legitimate interests).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and restricted access to the inbox that receives your emails. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything you could not afford to have exposed. In particular, do not put confidential or proprietary details in an email to us unless we have agreed in writing to keep them confidential.

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We are based in the United States and your information is processed there and may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
